Company Profile: Ancoats, headquartered in the North Loop of Minneapolis, MN, was founded in 2020 to provide a different offering than what was available in our market - sophisticated construction expertise at an agile, cost-effective scale. In 4 short years, Ancoats is now regarded as the premier boutique provider of construction management and general contracting services in the science + technology, manufacturing, and corporate office market sectors. We take on a limited number of projects each year, which range in size from less than $1MM to over $50MM - all delivered by a team that values quality work and - importantly - having fun while doing it.
Our Mission: To provide distinctive customer service, grounded in simplicity and built with trust.
