Join our dynamic team as a Project Engineer and help spearhead the execution of diverse construction and installation projects. You'll be the foundational support for the Project Management team that is the driving force behind our projects, coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project flow, removing obstacles, and delivering successful project handovers. What You'll Do:
? Maximize project efficiency and profitability by assisting Senior Project Managers and Project Managers.
? Provide document control for the projects
? Monitor and update project costs
? Manage and track Submittals, RFIs, Change Requests, Subcontracts, and associated logs
? Assist in the preparation and tracking of owner payment applications, subcontractor change orders, and owner change orders
? Ensure coding of vendor invoices and subcontractor payment applications by Project Administrator
? Create and distribute meeting minutes
? Assist in preparing schedules and necessary updates of construction activities and analysis of manpower and equipment required
? Inform all stakeholders and subcontractors promptly of any construction schedule changes
? Assist project managers with budgetary, scheduling, and project database management
? Manage Infection Control compliance, quality control, and documentation of compliance
? Assist in delivering the Operation & Maintenance Manuals, As-Builts and other close-out documents
? Initiate and track HCAI project close-out
? Assist in ordering, tracking, receiving and reconciling equipment orders
? Assist in programming equipment and devices
? Assist in logging and tracking of devices, IP addresses and MAC addresses
? Communicate clearly in written, spoken, and listening form
Qualifications:
? 3+ years of Project Management or Project Engineering experience
? Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
? Strong business acumen in project planning and management
? Exceptional verbal, written, and organizational skills
? Experience in HCAI construction, IT, or healthcare sectors
? Highly motivated and self-driven
? Willingness and ability to travel to project sites
