Project Manager, Mechanical Systems
Anticipated base salary $75K-$110K + $35K-$75K in potential performance bonuses + Profit Share (8-10% of base)

Some travel required, typically no more than 4-5 days per month
Role/Skills
Prefer Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent experience)
Looking for Commercial and Industrial Mechanical Systems experience
Responsible for calculations, material specs, and project analysis
Experience with Estimating, RFP responses, Develop Designs and Cost Evals
Work directly with clients/customers on requirements and budgets
Negotiating material and subcontractor pricing/selections
Coordinate design work with Architects, Engineers, and other trades
