Our client is a major international firm, seeking a Patent Agent for its IP and Technology Practice in Boston, Philadelphia, Washington, DC, Reston, San Diego, Palo Alto, and Seattle offices. The salary for this position is between $120,000 to $225,000 per year.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications related to biotechnology.
Experience in litigation support, opinions, licensing, patent due diligence, and/or trademark experience is also preferred.
Degree in Molecular or Cellular Biology, or related discipline. Ph.D. is preferred.
USPTO registration is required.
Strong academic credentials.
Excellent writing, verbal and analytical skills.
