Pinkerton's BBQ San Antonio is hiring for a full time General Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operations of a fast paced restaurant. Experience in the world of barbecue is not required but is a plus, restaurant experience is required. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members. They will work along side our Chef to create a welcoming and exciting environment for guests and staff alike.

Responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
Manage all front of house operations
Run the catering program with the hospitality manager
Hire, train and schedule all FOH positions
Manage relations with Legacy park and it's vendors for events that Pinkerton's has involvement.
Drive development of employees
Oversee the development of the bar program along side the bar manager
Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained
Qualifications
MUST HAVE 3+ years of restaurant upper management experience
Strong communication and administrative skills
Strong hospitality skills
Demonstrated ability to lead
Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting Strong communications skills
