About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic operations manager with COO career goals to come in and help the CEO scale. We are nimble team and we run on EOS (and have been for about 6 months now).
Responsibilities:
Operationally help the CEO
Help with EOS and provide support to the team below
Help scale products and services so CEO can focus on being the visionary and building ideas, systems and relationships
Manage system and processes
Collaborate closely with the CEO, utilizing EOS and Level 10 accountability systems.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of corporate experience, with a preference for knowledge in franchising and EOS.
Strong attention to detail and accountability.
Willingness to learn and grow.
Ability to follow up and meet deadlines.
Proximity to League City & Galleria Area (WeWork) for meet-ups.
Flexibility to travel as needed for expos and events.
