WHAT YOU'LL DO

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Services HR Senior Manager to join our Global Services HR team to support our efforts in fostering a culture of continuous development, and high performance. This role will be instrumental in supporting the design and implementation of comprehensive career development programs and performance management systems to support our employees' growth and contribute to our organization's success. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR practices, with a specific focus on talent development and performance evaluation.

You will be part of a broader Talent CoE team but will be aligned to a core function/s working closely with the HR Business Partner and HR team for that function to lead and drive the talent and performance strategy. This role will be aligned to the Global Information Technology organization made up of 1,000+ employees.

You will help manage and execute programs, policies and procedures in support of the global talent management strategy for our Global Business Services Function. This includes supporting the initiative development, project management and execution of change management efforts for key talent focused initiatives and will provide subject matter expertise to enhance current practices, shape future practices and continuously optimize relevant processes to deliver best in class talent development solutions.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

  • Support the performance, talent, and compensation processes, working closely with the HR Business Partner for the Function and your regional HR Advisory counterparts. You will play a critical role to ensure the successful implementation of the annual performance and reward management process.
  • Ensure that our Career Development Committees (CDCS) run smoothly and deliver robust career development, rewards, and recognition for our employees and ensuring it is aligned with our strategic goals.
  • Collaborate to develop robust talent strategies, e.g. helping to shape and define talent and succession planning approach and development of future leadership/skills development to ensure we attract retain and engage talent in critical roles.
  • Ensure ongoing and continuous improvement in the experience, quality, and level of support delivered through our career development and processes.
  • Support your function to drive their workforce planning efforts, including headcount management and approvals, providing data and insights to drive new and existing headcount decisions.
  • Support your function on recruiting plans and partnering with Recruiting on successful implementation of hiring plan, including approval offers.??Working closely with our compensation CoE to ensure total compensation and bonus practices are competitive, aligned with BCG strategy and consistent with market norms to maximize impact and attract / retain best talent.
  • Support the improvement of our PDG culture and cycle, ensuring managers are setting effective goals, giving feedback, and ensuring effective performance evaluation techniques.
  • Establish and utilize key talent metrics to create awareness, identify and assess needs and drive strategic business goals and demonstrate value of solutions.
  • Act as point of contact for questions related to career development, compensation, and headcount queries for your function.
  • Support Global initiatives and projects as required, e.g. core competencies roll out, projects relating to career development and framework initiatives.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, Human Resources or related field
  • Experience in Human Resources with strong expertise in career development processes or experience in senior talent career development,
  • Previous experience in talent development managing and coordinating an integrated talent strategy for a growing organization required
  • Experience working successfully within a complex matrix structured organization is essential
  • Experience in professional services and/or people business essential. Deep content expertise with proven pragmatic execution
  • Strong analytical capability and demonstrated utilization of metrics/analytics to drive business decisions
  • Exceptional results orientation with a high degree of personal initiative and very hands on, flexible and customer centric attitude
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact successfully with an executive / management audience
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, sound judgement and the ability to juggle many often-competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Detail oriented, organized with advanced project and process management skills.
  • Ability to successfully work and communicate with individuals at all levels of an organization
  • Demonstrating a flexible approach to work & has excellent work management and organizational skills
  • Strong teaming, collaboration, and relationship skills
  • Immediate to advanced skills in excel, PowerPoint, and other digital products such as Workday
  • Utilizing enterprise talent tools and best practices to drive process efficiency and continuous improvement
