Supply Chain Specialist I - Vendor Master



What You'll Do

• Review and validate Supplier Application Forms (SAFs) and Supplier Representations & Certifications, and other required supplier records for completion and accuracy and enter information into databases and ERP systems.
• Enter Supplier Application information into the ERP vendor master.
• Assist in development and optimization of ISC Policies, Procedures and Processes.
• Support cross-functional ISC team efforts.
• Create, maintain, and distribute department reports and metrics.
• Administer and maintain supplier performance system.
• Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the SBU/SSU and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Perform other duties as necessary.

On-Site Work Environment: This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site three or more days each normally scheduled week in the primary work location. Travel and local commute between company campuses and other possible non-company locations will be required.


Working Conditions

• Work is performed in an office environment, laboratory, cleanroom, or production floor.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• BS/BA in a related field.
• Each higher-level related degree, i.e., Associate's, may substitute for two years of related experience. Two years of related experience may be substituted for each year of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.

Pay Information


Hourly Range: $25.48/hr - $34.62/hr
