Job Description



As the Vice President of Strategic Alliances, your primary objective will be to strengthen and expand our partnership with AWS. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will be responsible for driving sales of CyberArk (CYBR) products through the AWS channel and partner relationships, and for accelerating the growth of our AWS partnership.


  • Define and execute the AWS partner strategy, align joint go-to-market motions, and identify CYBR-AWS co-build opportunities with significant market potential.

  • Establish professional working relationships and collaboration with AWS and CYBR teams.

  • Program-manage key cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams within and external to the global partner ecosystem.

  • Build and maintain executive relationships across AWS and create a mutually strategic relationship.

  • Define and build product integration, joint solutioning, marketing, and go-to-market strategies to accelerate sales globally.

  • Collaborate with Business, Sales, and Channel teams to build CYBR/AWS/GSI go-to-market solutions and associated demand generation activities.

Qualifications





  • Experience in partnering with AWS on a global basis to drive value and establish executive relationships.

  • Proven success in growing AWS co-sell sourced and influenced revenue.

  • Good knowledge of the Identity Security market and superior communication and networking skills.

  • 5+ years of results-driven product management, product marketing, or other technical experience, and 10+ years of experience driving strategic, senior-level relationships with partners that have successfully resulted in incremental sales revenue.

  • Executive disposition, energy, drive, professionalism, and leadership qualities essential to building engaged teams and creating followership.

  • Strong technical background, excellent market development, business development, networking, and relationship skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills at the executive level.

  • Good understanding of enterprise IT architectures, cybersecurity strategies and solutions, web and cloud-based integration technologies, and enterprise-class architectural topics.

  • Ability to present technical concepts and business solutions clearly through demonstrations and proposals.

  • Strong understanding of the cloud ecosystem, marketplaces, and GTM activities.

  • In-depth experience leading technology partnership teams across ISV and CSPs to deliver measurable business outcomes.

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline, computer science, or engineering, with an MBA preferred, or equivalent work experience.

The salary range for this position is $168,000 - $240,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee's performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
