Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Operates routine production machinery in accordance with prints and specifications provided.


• Setup and operate the AR Paco Re-cutter in a safe & efficient manner.


• Carry out routine activities that produces the required quantity of parts within established specifications and tolerances.


• Measures finished parts with precision tools, ensuring compliance with function, quality, and cosmetic specifications.


• Periodic QC checks on cores being cut and recording that information.


• Maintains logs and records of units produced. Report any errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces.


• Seal and stack cartons, etc. on to pallets. Label cartons correctly.


• Inspects equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment; performs basic and routine adjustments and maintenance.


• Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.


• Follow company Safety Guidelines.


• Work with management to perform other task in the plant as needed.

Education and Experience

• Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent) and up to 2 years of relevant experience.


• Lifting to 50 pounds.


• Stooping, bending, and moving about plant for up to 12 hours per day

Knowledge and Skills

• Willingness to follow directions and work well in a team.


• Ability to interpret and translate job specifications for production machineries.


• Fundamental understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment.


• High School diploma, GED or equivalent required.


• Mechanical aptitude is a must.


• Ability to read various measurement equipment including tape measures, calipers and micrometers.


• Ability to read and interpret work orders to understand machine setup requirements.


• Must be self-motivated and capable of working with minimum supervision


• Excellent attendance required.


• Work overtime as needed.
