Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating graphic design content that meets the needs of Mars Pet Nutrition, NA. This associate utilizes style guides, briefs, and oral/written communication skills to create best-in-class content that drives engagement with the target audience. The Graphic Designer creates a variety of content while also assisting on projects as needed to drive a consistent brand experience in the digital space. The Graphic Designer has strong organizational skills and works with internal creative services team members and external stakeholders to ensure all projects meet agreed upon deadlines.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or comparable program.


• 1+ year of experience in a corporate environment or at an agency


• Previous experience with brand style guide


• Strong communication skills


• Previous experience with project management software (ex. Monday.com)


• Previous experience with workflow tool (ex.Figma, Screendragon)


• Strong multitasking abilities, ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.

What would be your key responsibilities?

• Organizational capabilities to juggle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.


• Ensure continuity across all visual assets on various platforms by utilizing style guides, data-driven analysis, and direct conversations with Associate Brand Managers.


• Ability to be agile and innovative as partner in occasional Test & Learn environments.


• Utilize project management software and work with Project Manager and Team Lead to balance and prioritize work streams so that all projects are done well and delivered on time.


• An individual that uses projects briefs to develop original design concepts, graphics and layouts that adhere to a set of guidelines to reach a target audience(s) through application of typography, design, color, and photography that align within brand guidelines.


• Up to date with industry leading software and creative technologies such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.


• Serve as a proactive and creative problem-solver with a "can-do" attitude who brings passion, enthusiasm and innovation to the team and overall organization
