Your new role
As the Sales Coordinator, you will support the daily needs of the sales and procurement teams, ensuring timely entry and accuracy of orders from third party systems, as well as emailed purchase orders. You will also maintain and provide reporting in a format to present to key customers, keep updated records of pricing, and organize customer profiles with updated addresses and contact information.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in experience with proven business & people skills
Well organized with a high level of attention to detail in high pressure situations
Able to navigate through complex business processes with understanding of upstream and downstream implications.
Prioritize, multitask, and meet all deadlines.
Able to build relationships and work cross-functionally within multiple departments.
The ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems through use of data and analytical thinking.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc
