Back Office Coordinator - Digital Power

Franklin, TN

About the position:

We have an exciting new opportunity for an Order Processing Specialist/Back Office Coordinator to join our team in our Franklin TN Hub (remote 2-3 days per week).

In this role you will be part of a customer-focused team that is dedicated to supporting the Digital Power US Sales Operations team.

The successful candidate will ensure that the customers' orders are invoiced as per the contractual requirements and continuously and proactively look for process and system improvements that help the customers and employees.

In this role the successful candidate will:


  • Maintain and complete work complete requests as projects are completed/submitted by Digital Power execution team.

  • Review margin and cost for jobs set to complete in ESPS ( web-based project management tool) via Work Complete Request queue.

  • Reject submissions that do not meet the thresholds/criteria and help resolve barriers that prevent invoicing.

  • Invoice jobs in Q2C or S4 ( Schneider Electric's ERP systems ) includes frequent maintenance of lines i.e., removing holds, changing progress points, etc.).

  • Work with the enclosures team to resolve issues with open cost.

  • Work with the enclosures team shipping department on shipping lines in SAP S4, our internal ERP system.

  • Ensure the work complete queue has been handled accurately and utilizing reports to ensure all requests have been processed accordingly.

  • Assist with any necessary month-end clean up and revenue acceleration initiatives.

  • Assist Order Services team as needed with various back-office activities.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role/in a customer-focused environment would be required.

    • Back office experience (invoicing, order processing and follow through, customer service)

  • High-quality, commercial mindset.

  • ERP/Systems knowledge. Previous SAP and CRM system experience is desirable.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to Word, Excel and PowerPoint
