About the position.
Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Director, Program Management, located in Nashville, TN or one of Schneider Electric's other US Hub locations. The Program Management Director is a critical leadership role, responsible for leading Program Managers within Power Systems and Secure Power. This role is accountable to create and lead a Program Management team that has the experience and capabilities to provide a repeatable, scalable program platform aligned with our customers' business strategies. The team's goal is to achieve optimized project delivery through collaboration, risk management, integration, transparency, and trust; ultimately driving quick and agile execution.

What will you do?

Be the key orchestrator of the end-to-end customer experience for specified structured contract accounts. Ensure we deliver to the customer according to their needs and expectations.

Responsible for understanding and managing the contractual obligations.
Tracking of quantities Ensure correct contractual terms and timing of PO
Invoicing. Lead cross-functional teams Services, quality, supply chain, other business units, etc.
Initiate and manage workshops with cross-BU project managers/coordinators
Identify business performance indicators in need of improvement or development with the goal of consistent delivery and increased efficiency

Collects customer capacity requirements and communicates to all business units
Allows business units to proactively plan to meet customer needs
Collect and understand business unit output and coordinate the communication of final commitments back to the customer
Coordinates with services to ensure proper resources are available based on customer site schedules

Manages escalations to navigate issues and risks
Allows execution teams to remain focused on deliverables at the project level

Develops and orchestrates business justification for resource planning

Oversees all critical measurable areas of success
Ensures 'cost of quality' to Schneider Electric and 'cost of ownership' to the customer to drive constant iteration and improvement in the areas of order processing, delivery, in-field commissioning, in-field product quality performance, services response rates and services quality

What qualifications will make you successful?
A Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
Have at least 10 years of industry experience including program management, commercial, and operations knowledge.
Have strong transformational agility and ability to drive change adoption through inspirational leadership
Ability to effectively balance "running the business" with "transforming the business"
Are forward-thinking, innovative, collaborative, passionate, and energetic
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective C-suite interaction
The ability to balance multiple priorities, work in a fast-paced environment, and have program management expertise. Are willing and available to travel. Travel will be about 40%.
