Job Description:

What will you do?


  • Installing heavy cabling according to front elevation and diagrams

  • Utilizing hand tools for installation of transformers/line reactors

  • Maintaining excellent attention to detail

  • Participating in general housekeeping (5S) duties within the work area

  • Performing general preventative maintenance (PM) tasks on area equipment as needed

  • Cross-training and rotating through various stations within the department to provide additional support as needed

  • Reporting material and equipment problems to the appropriate personnel

  • Participating in meetings to resolve production issues and interfacing with other shifts and support groups as needed

  • Completing other duties as assigned.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?


  • General knowledge of manufacturing and hand tools

  • Basic computer skills

  • Good dexterity

  • A sense of organization

  • Ability to prioritize against business needs.

  • Ability to squat/lift/move heavy structures as needed
