Job Description:

Beacon Hill is working with a client, an AmLaw 200 firm, on a temporary Senior Labor and Employment Attorney opening.

• 
  Location: Remote, but must be living in California, Oregon, or Washington State
  


• 
  Start: ASAP


• 
  Duration: 6+ months


• 
  Hours: Full-time


• 
  Hourly pay: $80-$85/hour, depending on experience

Qualifications:

• 
  Must be living and actively licensed and in good standing in the same jurisdiction (California, Oregon, or Washington State)
  


• 6+ years of labor and employment law experience


• Strong research and writing skills


• Ability to work efficiently and manage time on projects




• Being able to stick within guidelines is key




• Experienced doing multi-state handbooks


• Must have experience with California labor and employment but not required to be based in California


• Experience with EEOC, wage and hour matters, and department of labor investigation


• Experience counseling clients on employment advice matters
