Job Description:

Our client, a financial services company in Elgin, IL, is looking for a temporary Call Center Representative. The ideal candidate has experience working in a call center environment and is comfortable managing multiple systems. This is an onsite role that is a temporary position with the possibility to hire. Open shifts vary between the hours of 10am-1am CST.


Responsibilities
• Answer inbound telephone calls.
• Answer complex customer inquiries.
• Always present a positive demeanor.
• Maintain knowledge base of current practices, procedures, and policies for each department.


Qualifications:
• At least one year of call center, customer service, or office administrative experience
• Strong communication skills, time management skills, and organizational talent.
• Computer savvy
