Customer Service Support at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Rosemont, Illinois

Job Description:

Our client, a large organization located in Rosemont is looking for a temporary Customer Service Support Representative to assist with their new system implementation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has great attention to detail, and is comfortable utilizing all MS Office products. This is a temporary role for six months with the potential for it to be extended. The hours are 8-5 Monday-Friday with an opportunity to work from home two days a week.


Responsibilities
• Assist in the coordination of administrative functions for team, including scheduling calls, meetings, data entry, etc.
• Participate in the coordination and communications that align with and support the overall goals of the team and organization.
• Generate correspondence from notes or verbal communications.
• Review documents and upload into data base accurately.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


Qualifications
• At least 3+ years of office, administrative, or data entry experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
• Positive and pleasant personality
• Strong written and verbal skills
