Craft and maintain cross-functional project plans, develop project metrics, track, and advance issues for both Lytx clients and Lytx internal partners. You’ll Get To:

  • Assume full ownership and overall Project Management of multiple, large-scale Implementation projects, working closely with members of our Sales, Client Success, Implementation, Product, Software Engineering, Legal and other cross-functional partners on key, strategic deployments for our largest Enterprise clients.
  • Direct oversight of the onboarding experience and peer-to-peer leadership for various Enterprise accounts, leading the internal account team and acting as “the face of Lytx” for assigned clients; handle escalations, and actively manage multiple projects at once.
  • Prepare for and lead multiple client project calls / engagements on a weekly basis, presenting updates to key client stakeholders; Facilitate calls in a professional manner; Track and monitor action items, open issues, and their respective owners (external and internal).
  • Establish and consolidate project, communication, and training plans that will be delivered by various internal team members.
  • Act as the escalation point for client-related topics, advocating the client’s situation and any concerns to internal leadership in a clear and concise manner, follow-through to issue resolution.
  • Lead and direct multi-faceted support both to customers and internal teams, ensuring timely resolutions to client issues are tracked and reported on including resolving problems.
  • Present project progress reports to client executives
  • Successfully track and manage defined KPIs and results to achievement dates, raising issues to key internal and external partners, working towards resolving in a timely manner
  • Perform data analysis in support of project performance, timeline, and health; make recommendations to a solution for identified problem(s), all while ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Effectively communicate Lytx services and program value proposition to customers. Including communication with technical and non-technical roles in Sales, Implementation, Client Success, Product, Program Consulting and Legal.
  • Take initiative to support and add value to adjacent teams as a process expert.
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives that will improve the client experience, help to increase client retention, increase internal process efficiencies, and/or decrease costs; effectively communicate initiatives cross-teams internally.
  • Uncover gaps in internal processes and drive process improvements to streamline work and provide a higher value to our customers.
  • Facilitate organizational change process as it relates to project scope and requirements.
  • Champion project management standard processes and methodology on all projects
  • Inspire team with drive and motivation needed to proactively meet commitments.
  • Present internally as a SME on implementation, project management and industry related topics.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
  • Occasional travel on-site to clients as needed (10+15%)

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Experience managing cross functional projects and influencing others to achieve a successful outcome.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent preferred
  • Operational approach with the ability to think through business problems and develop action plans.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask and handle urgent interruptions with poise and professionalism.
  • Outstanding communicator, both written and verbal as well as strong active listening skills
  • Ability to exercise both ‘self-drive’ and teamwork to get results in diverse, fast paced environments.
  • Proficient in Smartsheets, MS Project or other project management tool and MS Office

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:

$113,875.00 - $143,625.00
