Responsibilities

This is a full-time remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our customer experience and driving business growth through data-driven insights. Your primary responsibilities will include increasing survey completion rates, conducting in-depth post-survey analysis, and translating findings into actionable recommendations for the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Survey Optimization:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective survey strategies.
  • Analyze survey response rates and identify opportunities to improve completion rates.
  • Leverage best practices and innovative techniques to enhance survey engagement and user experience.

2. Data Analysis and Insights:

  • Conduct comprehensive post-survey analysis to uncover valuable customer insights.
  • Utilize advanced analytical techniques and data visualization tools to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Translate complex data into clear and concise insights that inform business decisions.

3. Reporting and Presentation:

  • Develop and deliver compelling data-driven presentations to stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate insights and recommendations effectively.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to drive improvements in customer experience, product development, and business strategies.

4. Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in customer insights and analytics.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of customer insights initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of a data-driven culture within the organization.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer insights, market research, or data analysis roles.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Proven track record of driving business impact through data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in the insurance industry preferred, but not required.

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $52,719 - $80,785 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
