We are seeking a motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic talent & People Operations team. This role is essential for the successful delivery of People initiatives, scalable operational processes and systems that support our company's global growth. This role will be hands-on, partnering closely with subject matter experts to manage projects to globalize Total Rewards, HRIS, and People Operations programs. You will be responsible for building project plans, tracking and escalating issues, and providing guidance. The successful candidate will be joining a fun, fast paced, high-growth company and will be involved in the on-going building and globalizing the People function.

  • Program Management: Lead and manage People initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Globalization: Collaborate with subject matter experts to adapt and implement Total Rewards, HRIS, and People Operations programs on a global scale.
  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, resources, and key milestones.
  • Issue Tracking and Escalation: Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Guidance: Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of People initiatives and facilitate change management related to project requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders across various departments to ensure project alignment and buy-in.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in program management.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. PMP or other relevant certification is a plus.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of program or project management experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Skills:
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Clear, comprehensive understanding of the link between People and business strategy.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • An energetic, positive and innovative attitude with high ethical standards and integrity.
