We are seeking a Technical Analyst - Systems & Application Support for the Systems and Application Support Department.
This incumbent is an individual contributor role reporting to System and Applications Support (SAS) Manager. The Technical Analyst- Systems and Application Support SAS) role will routinely and objectively review, document, implement/build, manage, and maintain assigned applications, processes, workflows, and system interfaces within identified Member Operations Business Unit (MO BU) division’s. Additionally, the work of the SAS Technical Analyst includes report writing capabilities: 1) locating data to extract it, 2) manipulating it to decipher it’s meaning, 3) convey it to create understanding in others.
This role provides expert, specialized technical services to MO BU division stakeholders working as an intermediary between the business, enterprise IT and external IT system and application vendors. The assigned applications, processes, workflows, and system interfaces are associated with lending, deposit and operational stakeholders which are managed through Service Level Agreements. The role supports loan origination, loan and deposit servicing and operational systems and applications.
