Location: Columbia, MD



Schedule: Monday-Friday



Pay: $19-$23/hourly based on experience



Responsibilities:

• Provide essential administrative support, managing office tasks with precision.


• Act as a point of contact for visitors and calls, ensuring a positive and professional experience.


• Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.


• Maintain organized records, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.


• Support various departments with data entry, correspondence, and other administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.


• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
