Job Description:

Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Litigation Practice Assistant to support a law firm in the South Metro. This is a direct hire opportunity with an onsite work model for training, then a hybrid work model moving forward.


The Practice Assistant's responsibilities include:

• Coordinating, scheduling, and calendaring depositions and hearings.


• Performing investigative research and administrative tasks.


• Electronic filing in state and federal courts.


• Communicating with attorneys, paralegals, and clients.


• Calendaring and docketing.


• Assisting with organizing and maintaining electronic case files.


• Data entry as needed.


• Any additional duties and tasks as needed under the direction of paralegals and attorneys.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or related field preferred.


• 1+ years of experience working as a litigation legal assistant.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.


• Familiarity with court procedures and electronic filing systems.


• Experience working with document management software.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).


• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
