An independent advisory firm in Cockeysville, MD, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for helping others to join their growing team as a Client Relationship Associate. This position plays an important role in supporting Advisors and creating an exceptional customer experience for clients by bringing clarity and understanding to their financial lives.
Compensation:
$65,000+ yearly
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the Financial Planning Process
Enter client data into financial planning software and spreadsheets
Generate financial analyses and plans for clients, coordinating with Advisors
Develop close, long-term relationships with clients to understand their needs
Coordinate with the Director of Investments for client portfolio management
Assist clients with operational inquiries, requests, and problems
Qualifications:
Knowledge of Financial Advisor office tools (e.g., Orion, Salesforce) preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Exceptional client service orientation and attitude
Genuine interest in serving and caring for others
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision
Strong analytical and research skills
Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
High attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or similar field preferred, or equivalent career experience
2+ years of experience in the financial industry preferred
Experience working in a professional office environment preferred
