Seeking a Staff/Senior Project Accountant in Deerfield Beach, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and prepare budgets


• Ensure timely completion of project


• Cost analysis


• Negotiate cost with vendors


• Track payment processes daily/weekly


• Prepare job codes


• Pay applications


• Ad hoc reporting


• GAAP


• Monthly close


• Audit prep for year end analysis

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of accounting experience in engineering, construction, real estate or relevant industry experience


• Bachelors degree required


• Excel proficency required
