Description:

ATA Services, Inc. is currently seeking to hire a PolicyTech Program Manager to work on a long-term assignment with the State of NM – Department of Health.

• Pay Rate: $40.50 per hour; weekly pay.
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: June 2024
• Location: Santa Fe, NM

Job Duties

PolicyTech Program Manager - This individual will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation of PolicyTech, including managing the team responsible for its development, maintenance, and support. They will work closely with other stakeholders in NMDOH to ensure that the system meets their needs and is aligned with the overall strategic goals of NMDOH. The Program Manager will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to optimize the system's performance and to provide timely reporting to NMDOH senior leadership and stakeholders. Develop and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness of the system, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Required skills and qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in an upper-management role, preferably in program management
• Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
• Experience in managing stakeholders
• Working knowledge of digital marketing
• Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration or related field
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM software
• Experience in proposal writing
