| Job Summary | Assistance is needed for document processing, procurement, and travel reimbursements. Selected candidates will process for submission, Concur reports, SRM shopping carts and Ariba orders, Payment Request Documents (PRD’s), and travel reimbursements for students, employees, and faculty. Exceptional attention to detail is required. This position is fully remote. |
| Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | Prior knowledge of UK systems is desired but will train. Attention to detail is essential. |
| Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? | No |
| Preferred Education/Experience | Prior administrative experience is preferred. Experience with UK systems, SAP, Concur, etc.. is ideal but willing to train the right candidate. Excellent communication and customer service skills. |
