Client Project Manager II

Join Lytx as a Client Project Manager and be a key member of the Client Onboarding Team! You'll be responsible for successful delivery of large-scale client program and installation deployments. Craft and maintain cross-functional project plans, develop project metrics, track and advance issues for both Lytx clients and Lytx internal partners. You’ll Get To:

• Assume full ownership of Implementation projects, working closely with Client Success, Implementation teams, external Clients and other cross-functional partners on key, strategic deployments
• Establish project plans, communication plans, training and internal communications for both installation deployment and client program set up
• Successfully track and manage results to achievement dates, raising issues to key partners and resolving timely
• Facilitate organizational change process as it relates to project scope and requirements
• Champion project management standard processes and methodology on all projects
• Perform data analysis in support of project performance and make recommendations to solution problems identified, ensuring quality standards are met
• Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum two years of project management experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent preferred
• Experience running cross functional projects and influencing others to achieve a successful outcome
• Proven track record to think through business problems and develop action plans
• Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask and handle urgent interruptions with poise and professionalism
• Superior listener and communicator – with strong oral, written, and active listening skills
• Must be comfortable in a client facing role
• Ability to exercise both ‘self-drive’ and collaboration to get results in diverse, fast paced environments
• Proficient in Smartsheets, MS Project or other project management tool and Microsoft Office applications including Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity of Agile SDLC; Knowledge of CRM and ERP from a business user perspective; SalesForce and Netsuite a plus
• Up to 10% travel may be required

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:

$89,750.00 - $113,250.00
