Job Summary | Under the direction of Pharmacy Director for Staff Development, serves as primary contact for department throughout the hiring process. Responsible for creating and maintaining department SOP for electronic employee files working with HR Business Partners to ensure accreditation compliance. Subject matter expert on UKG Workforce Management for the department including technical support for scheduling, timekeeping, attendance and leave. Consistently meets behavioral expectations by demonstration. Responds to customer service issues with a sense of urgency for problem resolution. Works effectively and respectfully with all areas of the enterprise to help resolve issues and provide education. Internal Employee Being Considered (IEBC) |
