Job Summary | The Center on Drug & Alcohol Research is seeking a Targeted Assessment Program Director. The Director provides administrative oversight for statewide implementation and management of the Targeted Assessment Program (TAP) and related projects to help low-income parents overcome multiple barriers to improve self-sufficiency, increase family stability, and ensure permanency and well-being for children. This position requires a master’s degree in social work, counseling, or other human services or administrative field plus 10 yrs. experience, including project management. You will work closely with the Principal Investigator, Co-Investigator, Evaluator, team, key stakeholders, and others to ensure participants receive high quality services and contractual requirements are met. Supported with Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) funds through a contract with the state sponsor, the KY Department for Community Based Services.
