Bestica is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to work at the VA Southern Arizona Health Care in Tuscan, AZ.
Objective: The Registered Respiratory Therapist is responsible for, providing out of-operating room intubation services as part of core privileges. The Respiratory Therapist establishes and maintains responsibility for inpatient general internal medicine services.

Hours:
The shifts are on a rotating basis as needed for coverage in each assigned area. Total work week is 40
- License/Certification: employees assigned to perform the services covered by this contract shall have a full, current and unrestricted license and/or certification in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia
- Registered Respiratory Therapists must have a minimum of two years’ current experience in this field and recent Respiratory Therapy experience in a hospital setting including covering inpatient units, ED and ICU.
- certificate as an RRT from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) and a registry number, or certificate from another body which the NBRC recognizes as its credentialing equivalent to perform as a respiratory therapist and professional publications.
- BLS and ACLS
