Location: Remote
As Scrum Master you will:
Looking for a Scrum Master who can help to mature the scrum teams, make decision, remove blockers, and also perform certain Project Management activities.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage project scope and timelines.
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks.
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
- Work with product owners to handle backlog and new requests.
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles.
- Help teams implement changes effectively.
- Guide developments teams to higher scrum maturity.
- Prior experience on scrum team.
- Project management experience.
- Healthcare experience.
- Excellent knowledge of scrum technique and artifacts (Such as definition of done, User stories, Automated testing, backlog refinement)
- Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflicts.
- Experience with successful Agile techniques.
- Ability to work with and lead a team.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
- Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction.
- Outstanding organizational skills.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $101,500 - 119,000 $ Per Annum
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
