Synechron Inc is seeking Sr Hadoop Developer- financial services to join our Kennesaw, GA location (onsite 3 days a week is a must in Hybris ) long-term contract.
Only W2/full time.
Qualifications :
The Data Transformation team is working across Consumer Global Ops to ingest data from source systems to the data lake and perform advanced data modeling to drive insights for the line of business.
This role will join a team of data engineers and Hadoop Developers to ensure that data from source systems is properly and performantly ingested and transformed according to each project's requirements.
The candidate will be part of an Agile team and will be responsible for ingesting data into the data look from upstream systems and will be creating data models using Spark and Python.
Required (hard) skills/experience-Will need to provide info and experience to manager during interview on the below skills
1. Hadoop- experience using various tools (e.g. yarn, oozie, etc)
2. Python
3. Jira
4. Spark
Preferred skills/experience
1. Experience working with AutoSys including building, scheduling, and maintaining jobs
2. Experience building PySpark programs to create fast an efficient data flows and transformations
