MUST BE LOCAL TO METRO DETROIT AREA AT TIME OF APPLICATION-REQUIRED
RATE: $40-45hr based on experience

MUST HAVES TO BE CONSIDERED
Must have worked with a minimum of 20 stakeholders
Must have worked on IT projects
4 years of Project Coordination III/Management experience
Resource Demand Allocation Tracking
Worked with Enterprise wide projects
Project Schedule creation, maintenance and tracking
Tools Experience: MS Project, SharePoint, JIRA or similar
Responsible for providing support to the Project/Program Manager in coordinating activities of project team and project team deliverables while maintaining, tracking, and storing key project documentation. This role will be responsible for running small projects that are subset to larger more complex projects.
This role must be familiar with project management processes, project management tools, project scope and objectives, as well as the roles/functions of team members.
- maintain project documentation by gathering relevant information
- maintain contacts/distribution lists
- update project artifacts / presentations
- manage onboarding/offboarding
- understand/manage the project budget, timeline, dependencies
- escalate issues
- collects/verifies gate deliverables
- assists in managing project communications
- provides assistance on Project Management tasks / deliverables
