Our IT director Leads development and implementation processes for the organizations IT systems and department. Is the responsible to oversee the technological infrastructure and strategy within an organization. This leadership position involves managing a team of IT professionals, setting and executing IT policies, and ensuring that technology supports and aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Responsibilities • Leads development and implementation processes for the organizations IT systems and department. • Develops and implements business continuity protocols to minimize disruption to business operations in the event of emergency situations or data loss. • Establishes efficiency and efficacy standards, providing recommendations for improvement of IT infrastructure. • Analyzes IT infrastructure and systems performance to assess operating costs, productivity levels, upgrade requirements, and other metrics and needs. • Oversees security of systems, networks, and enterprise information. • Facilitates IT security audits or investigations. • Coordinates multisite IT systems via enterprise resource planning (ERP).
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science • Professional certification • Five or more years of experience in IT management • Sound understanding of computer systems, networks, security, telecommunications, databases and storage systems. • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks and projects. • Solid working knowledge of all relevant security protocols • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficient in latest technology for IT systems and management. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. • Proficient with Linux OS • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent interpersonal skills.
