Apex Systems is seeking a Helpdesk Support to support a large financial client in Owings Mills, MD. A qualified candidate will have experience with ServiceNow, VDI and Active Directory.

This position pays 25/hr.

Work shifts available
  • 11am-8pm
  • 12pm-9pm
  • 1pm-10pm

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • ServiceNow or other relevant ticketing systems experience
  • Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
  • Active Directory, Office365 and MacOS troubleshooting
  • Provide immediate on demand technical support for VIP users aka white glove
  • Monitor the Service Desk ticket queue, resolves tickets and resolves escalations
  • Resolve problems and/ or requests; installs, configures and maintains all PC related hardware and systems including: Troubleshooting & diagnosing network problems; PC updates & standard software.
  • Troubleshoot Web browsers & basic network connectivity.
  • Configuring of Laptops and Desktops for various agencies depending on their needs.
  • Increasing memory when user is experiencing slowness if processor can handle the increase.
