Apex Systems is seeking a Helpdesk Support to support a large financial client in Owings Mills, MD. A qualified candidate will have experience with ServiceNow, VDI and Active Directory.
This position pays 25/hr.

11am-8pm
12pm-9pm
1pm-10pm
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
ServiceNow or other relevant ticketing systems experience
Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
Active Directory, Office365 and MacOS troubleshooting
Provide immediate on demand technical support for VIP users aka white glove
Monitor the Service Desk ticket queue, resolves tickets and resolves escalations
Resolve problems and/ or requests; installs, configures and maintains all PC related hardware and systems including: Troubleshooting & diagnosing network problems; PC updates & standard software.
Troubleshoot Web browsers & basic network connectivity.
Configuring of Laptops and Desktops for various agencies depending on their needs.
Increasing memory when user is experiencing slowness if processor can handle the increase.
