Network Test Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose network connectivity issues.
- Perform manual testing procedures in a lab environment.
- Analyze network traffic using Wireshark.
- Assist with network configuration and maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with the network engineering team to identify and resolve network problems.
- Document network issues and solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, routing, and switching).
- Experience with manual network testing methodologies.
- Proficiency with basic Linux commands.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Familiarity with Wi-Fi technologies (802.11 standards).
- Basic Python scripting knowledge (a plus).
- Networking certifications are not required, but a strong understanding of networking fundamentals is essential.
