A Growing multi-disciplined civil engineering and land surveying firm that delivers high-quality solutions for land and site development to Colorado's Front Range for the last 30 years has an immediate opening for an experienced Civil Site Development Project Manager.
Experience & Requirements:
Civil Site Development Engineering experience.
Requires 4+ years' experience as a project manager.
Must have strong knowledge of site development single family residential, multi-family residential, commercial, commercial and retail development experience.
Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, utility and roadway design, must have led a design team, and everyday communication with clients and government agencies.
Be knowledgeable with AutoCAD Civil3D. StormCad, and WaterCad.
Ability to teach others.
Able to evaluate problems and give solutions.
Make smart engineering decisions.
Write engineering proposal and define scope of work.
Review project billing.
Ability to evaluate subordinates and make recommendations for growth.
Requires a Colorado Professional Engineers License.
Requires valid driver's license.
