What You'll Need to Succeed:
5+ years of related experience: Demonstrated success in managing civil construction projects.
Expertise in roadway, structures, and bridge construction: Proven ability to oversee complex projects in these areas.
Strong teamwork skills: You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
BS degree (preferred but not required): Relevant education enhances your qualifications.
Estimating / Takeoff experience (a bonus): Familiarity with project cost estimation.
