Summary: AT3 Staffing is currently engaged with a reputable and well-known company in the North Dayton area in search of a Product Management Supervisor. The Product Management Supervisor is responsible for leading the Product Management Team and overseeing product and marketing strategy for all product segments.
This is a Supervisory role with direct reports, specific segment management responsibilities including pricing, kitting, differentiation analysis, refurbishment programs, product lifecycle management, and new product development. Additional responsibilities include defining target markets and establishing market size and trends. The Product Management Supervisor also provides technical leadership for all product-related issues and frequently works cross functionally across many different departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement product policies and pricing strategies to drive sales growth while meeting or exceeding profitability targets.
Manage and implement price adjustments based on market data and long-term company goals.
Define the product line portfolio strategy, including sales categories and maintain the integrity of all product data in the system.
Manage refurbishment program in addition to identifying opportunities for offering refurbished products.
Create impactful messaging to enable sales and marketing efforts, demonstrating the increased value of products to end customers.
Facilitate the development and implementation of differentiated product positioning through competitive analysis, feature/benefit analysis, and identification of proprietary product opportunities.
Monitor marketplace trends, customer needs, and competitive pressures.
Manage the product lifecycle from pre-launch to end-of-life support, ensuring proper quantities align with replacement cycles.
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with various departments including engineering, manufacturing, sales, marketing, product management, field support, training, logistics, and field service offices.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities: The supervisor oversees a team of 4 to 6 direct reports focused on the product line portfolio management.

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant product management, technical marketing, or engineering experience.
