Reputable, manufacturing client in Lancaster is looking to bring on a Demand Planning Manager to their team. This is a very important role that will be integral to the success of the business. The Manager will manage two people and one agency.
What our client is looking for:
Someone who is a superstar in Excel and PowerPoint
Someone with an Entrepreneurial spirit who understands small business with a "start-up" mentality
Someone who loves coming up with solutions to problems that may not be recognized
Someone who can act as a Change Agent
Experience with the following is key:
Management over the full cycle cash flow and inventory management
Providing measurable data to leadership that will reflect what tools are needed to further expand the business
Lastly, this role will be responsible for the overall S&OP process, warehouse and inventory management, logistics, and deliveries and act as the overall functioning site leader.
