Our client is a global technology company. They are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to join their team. This role is a CONTRACT position. Position will be ONSITE. Candidates must be residing within commutable distance of Santa Clara, CA to be considered.

Duties:
Take ownership and be accountable for New Product Innovation within the portfolio and continue to drive an innovative and differentiated roadmap that disrupts the market.
Provide oversight of a product portfolio consisting of advanced firewalls and cloud-based service offerings, partnering with global customer support and professional services teams to plan.
Prioritize and manage the NPI pipeline for multiple product lines.
Analyze and estimate efforts on program lifecycle deliverables, working with global technical and business teams to provide visibility into NPI program status, risks and issues.
Coach and mentor team members reach their full potential and further their careers
Collaborate with engineering and product management leaders across the organization to help us deliver the best in class security solutions
Be intimately involved with the business to identify growth opportunities and leverage your business and technical skills to enter new markets
Requirements:
BS or MS in a technical field (e.g. EE. CS) or equivalent relevant experience or equivalent military experience - MBA highly desirable.
8+ years of experience in a technical product management role preferably with cloud-based security solutions covering malware analysis, incident response, forensics, sandboxing technology, intrusion prevention, antivirus, or related technologies.
Experience managing high performing teams of product managers.
Track record of successfully launching cybersecurity products (focus on Sandbox/Verdict Services) at scale within mature technology areas.
Strong product strategy experience and analytical skills to make data-driven decisions
Excellent written and verbal communications skills to drive alignment at all levels of the organization and across cross functional teams.
