VP, HR & Risk Management needed for Colen Built Development in Ocala, Florida.
Growing land development and construction company with multiple entities seeks experienced senior-level HR professional with minimum 10-12 years of experience to:
- work with senior leadership to create and implement corporate strategy and business plans.
- empower HR team and oversee all aspects of HR function, including talent management, performance management, employee relations, compliance, training & development, safety, and compensation & benefits.
- minimize risk through proper compliance and proactive approach.
- build skill sets and accountability of managers on personnel matters.
Bachelor's required, Master's preferred.
HRCI/SHRM certification preferred.
Florida resident preferred.
Reports to COO. Full benefits package.
Salary range: $150-$180K
