Position Summary

Job Responsibilities


  • Processes multiple Labor Law Poster, Forms, and Suppliesorders as assigned to include address verification/validation, customer communication and correspondence, and sales order entry. Ensures that all internal/external requirements are met to satisfy order entry needs.
  • Works with the customer to assist with sales-related problems, track orders, and investigate shipping issues, as well as a customer outreach advocate.
  • Works with sales associates and customers onlabor law subscription account clean-up to ensure the subscription is set up according to the customer's needs.
  • Communicates with customers to verify delivery and placement of Labor Law Posters in accordance with service agreements.
  • Independently resolves problems to the mutual satisfaction of both the customer and the company.
  • Recommends and executes process improvements to increase productivity and/or improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience:


  • 1+ yearof call center or direct customer service experience.
  • 2+ years of experience processing customer transactions and working with customer related data.

Education:

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

Other Skills/Qualifications:

  • Must be proficient in the use of a PC and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn and utilize a variety of software applications.
  • Communication skills in a variety of channels includingphone andemail.
  • Ability to work with multiple internal and external (customer) resources to ensure timely and accurate entry of sales orders.

Physical Requirements

Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time.

Keller provides a competitive benefit package which includes the following (eligibility requirements apply): Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401(k) and Profit Sharing Plan, etc. The compensation range for this role is $16.65 to $20.55 which varies depending on factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's overall experience and geographic location.
