Position Overview



As an Analyst, Land Administration you will be an administrative support role to our Development and Land Development teams. This individual will be located at our headquarters in Chicago, Illinois and will report to the Manager of Land Administration.



Responsibilities

• Work closely with Development and Accounting in daily functions in the following ways:
  
  
  • Inputting new agreements and amendments into Quorum
  
  
  • Recording documents with the Counties
  
  
  • Scheduling and pushing payments over to Oracle
  
  
  • Scanning and filing documents
  
  
  • Coordinate with Accounts Payable for landowner and County checks
  
  
  • Submit Pipefy requests over to Accounts Payable (supplier changes, landowner setups, direct deposit setups, etc.)
  
  
  • Pulling reports for Development
  
  
  • Support landowner calls/requests
  
  
  • Updating Quorum based off terminations, ownership changes, etc.
  
  
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree


• Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• 1+ years of work experience


• Ability to work independently with little guidance


• Exceptional analytical skills


• Strong ability to multitask and pivot priorities quickly


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Ability to work closely with members of other teams to achieve a common goal


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word
