Responsibilities



This position is responsible for handling escalated help tickets related to firm systems and existing custom applications and also minor custom development and bug fixes.



Responsibilities:



Support firm wide ET strategies and initiatives:


  • Identify areas for improving the quality, performance or functionality of firm systems and custom applications.

  • Troubleshoot issues/bugs.

  • Provide support/training/demos for firm systems and all custom-built applications.

  • Follow technology standards and document work and procedures for new processes.

  • Create knowledge base articles.

Provide quality service to customers:


  • Assist with the support of applications, modules and reports that meet the customer and business need.

  • Connect with the business to troubleshoot existing issues/bugs.

Maintain and expand knowledge base in area of expertise:


  • Continuing education requirements; participate in professional organizations, independent study, etc.

  • Integrate new knowledge and skills into daily work and share with colleagues as appropriate.

Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications





  • Associate's Degree in Computer Science or related field required. Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • Experience with web application technologies in a Microsoft-centric environment. Visual Studio, .NET languages, HTML, SQL Server, Azure, PowerShell.

  • Ability to work independently with technical competence.

  • The ability to prioritize, be attentive to details, maintain confidentiality, and provide exceptional client service is required. Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills, organizational, analytical, problem-solving and computer skills required.

  • A sense of urgency and a commitment to timely completion of projects. Attention to detail along with a commitment to quality and confidentiality.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs


Additional Information



The compensation range for this role is $53,830 to $116,640. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
