SUMMARY

STATUS: Per Diem
LOCATION: Imaging Center - RGH
DEPARTMENT: Radiology
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, flexible shifts
ATTRIBUTES
- Prior Radiologic Technologist experience preferred
- CT experience preferred
- Continuing education classes
- Excellent computer skills required
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES

Patient Care. Responsible for radiography of patients, including CT scans and Interventional CT guided procedures; provide on-call coverage for CT section of Radiology; follow up on patient care issues/needs -
Documentation. Maintain accountability for proper documentation of exams and procedures; document performance of studies in patient charts -
Daily Maintenance. Assist with day-to-day supervision of the CT team; clean, restock and prepare rooms
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
- RT(R) - Registered Radiologic Technologist - New York State Education Department (NYSED)
- R - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
PAY RANGE: $31.00 - $45.50
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
