AJ Perri, providing skilled services to residential customers throughout New Jersey for over 50 years is now in search of an experienced Dispatcher.

Schedule

• Full-time opportunity providing 40 hours per week.
  
  


• Monday - Friday open from 7am - 9pm or later if call volume demands.


• Saturday - Sunday open from 7am - 7pm.


• Hours will be flex from week to week to ensure proper coverage.


• All Dispatchers must work at least Saturday or Sunday each week

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Ability to provide an exceptional customer service delivery with both inbound and outbound customer calls.


• Must be able to demonstrate computer proficiency and have experience using Microsoft Products and multi-line phone systems.


• Must report daily to our office, this is not a work from home opportunity.


• Ability to work assigned shift and weekend rotation if required. (Discuss all schedule requirements at interview)


• Required to know the local area to assist technicians with maneuvering traffic and getting to residence in a timely manner.
