We are currently seeking a Risk Analyst that will be responsible for assessing existing and new contractual, financial, operational, and safety risks on our projects and subcontractors. This individual will also support project specific insurance programs by ensuring efficient administration, as well as ensure timely reporting and investigation of claims.

What You Will Do:


  • Support multiple regions as the point of contact for all issues related to Risk Management including,


    • Subcontractor Prequalification

    • CCIPS, OCIPs, SDI and other insurance programs

    • Casualty lines

    • Insurance Compliance

    • Project Risk and Contract Reviews


  • Analyze/evaluate subcontractor qualification submissions to assess risk classifications.

  • Work with project teams to develop risk mitigation strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with subcontractor risk mitigation plans through education and auditing.

  • Monitor subcontractor prequalification status report and prioritize by project need and timing.

  • Develop required reports for the organization including financial, statistical, and others as necessary.

  • Manage escalated Subcontractor risk transfer and insurance certificate compliance.

  • Assist with claims/incident investigations.

  • Collaborate with manager to support regional sales of Subcontractor Default Insurance, Contractor Controlled Insurance Program and Builders Risk insurance.

  • Perform project risk analysis at intervals required (Bid, Award/Execution, Audit, Close-out if required)

  • Review Owner insurance Policies for compliance with required insurance coverage and limits. Work to determine the appropriate rate based off the analysis.

  • Work with other members of the Risk Management team on strategic projects and initiatives.

  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, risk management or related field is desired.

  • Must have intermediate business mathematical and data analysis skills.

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as contracts, insurance policies, and financial statements.

  • Must be a critical thinker and possess the ability to identify and assess complex issues with consideration of a variety of solutions.
